This package is for the busy couple who wants a comprehensive approach with professional and expert direction. El Events will work for the couple to ensure we stay on track throughout the planning process, don’t miss any of the small details, keeping you stress free on the big day! Services begin when contract is signed.

This package includes, but is not limited to:

• Wedding planning timeline

• Unlimited communication via email, Zoom, and/or telephone

• One monthly meeting (as needed)

• Venue and vendor recommendations

• Schedule and attend venue appointments

• Schedule and attend vendor appointments

• Vendor negotiation and contract review

• RSVP tracking

• Assist in designing wedding theme, color scheme, design and décor

• Recommendation, consultation, and booking for rehearsal dinner

• Unlimited time for rehearsal

• Detailed wedding day timeline

• Lead coordinator & assistant coordinator

• Full wedding day coordination and supervision for entirely of venue rental

Partial Planning
2025 pricing starting at $3,500

Partial planning is for the couple who wants some guidance through their engagement, but still need help fine tuning the foundational elements of their big day. This package is perfect for those who want to stay involved, but have no idea where to start. That’s where El Events comes in with vendor recommendation and expert guidance. Services begin when contract is signed.

This package includes all Month-of Coordination Package plus:

• Unlimited communication via email, Zoom, and/or telephone

• One monthly meeting

• Monthly check-ins to assure planning is on time and no details are missed

• Contract review from any vendors not yet booked

• Venue site visits (with couple or solo)

• Attend up to 5 vendors meetings

• Assistance with floor plan, décor, design and color schemes

• Two hours rehearsal time day before or day-of

• Lead coordinator & assistant coordinator

• Day-of coordination and supervision for 12 hours

Month-of Coordination
2025 pricing starting at $2,000

This package is for the couple who has the planning under control, they just need a sassy girl with a clipboard to run the show so they can enjoy their special day! Services begin 8 weeks before the big day.

This package includes:

• Unlimited communication via email, Zoom, and/or telephone

• Two in person meetings before the wedding day

• Creation of detailed wedding day timeline

• Provide copies of timeline to all vendors & wedding party

• Confirmation between coordinator and all vendors of services and final details

• Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel

• Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day

• Arrange tips or payment to suppliers and/or vendors on wedding day

• Set up and tear down of event decor

• One hour rehearsal day before or day-of

• Lead coordinator & assistant coordinator

• Day-of coordination and supervision for 10 hours
